The student emails me their questions and drawings and then our zoom session is based on a discussion of this work. I give careful individual feedback, both in the session and as a follow up pdf.
My basic approach is found in my book “Draw Horses in 15 Minutes” and e-courses “The Art of Drawing Horses” and “Drawing the Horse’s Head”. I love to combine knowledge with a free improvised approach to art. I am a working artist and my ideas constantly develop in response to my own dynamic practice and understanding. I am currently working to create a course on the feet and legs of the horse, and preparing for an exhibition in 2026.
